1. Information we collect
- Email address submitted with an ad.
- Ad title, target URL, uploaded image, price, and submission status.
- Payment-related information processed by Paddle. We do not store full card details.
- Basic technical information such as logs, timestamps, and error data.
2. How we use information
- To process billboard claims and payments.
- To review, approve, reject, schedule, publish, and archive ads.
- To send transactional emails related to your submission.
- To protect the service from abuse, fraud, malware, and policy violations.
3. Public information
Approved and archived ads may be publicly visible, including ad image, ad title, price paid or display price, date, ad number, and target link. Buyer email addresses are not intended to be shown publicly.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may collect and process payment, billing, tax, fraud prevention, and transaction information according to its own policies.
5. Data retention
Public History entries may remain visible indefinitely as part of the service concept. Internal submission, review, and transaction records may be kept as needed for operations, legal compliance, security, and dispute handling.
