1. Rule violations
Ads rejected for rule violations are not refundable. Before checkout, advertisers confirm that their ad follows the Rules and that they have the rights to the submitted image.
2. Approved and live ads
Once an ad has been approved or has gone live, payments are generally non-refundable. If your ad is replaced by the next buyer according to the rules of the billboard, that is part of the service and does not qualify for a refund.
3. Technical errors
If a technical error on our side prevents a paid and approved ad from being delivered as intended, we may provide a full or partial refund, or another reasonable remedy.
4. Duplicate or failed payments
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or paid for a submission that did not complete, contact us with your submitted email address and transaction details.
