1. The service
theonlybillboard.com is an online advertising platform built around a single public billboard slot. Only one ad is displayed on the main billboard at a time.
When a new approved ad takes over the billboard, the previous ad may be moved to the public History page.
2. Ad submission
You must provide a valid email address, ad title, target URL, and image. You are responsible for making sure your submission is accurate and that you have the rights to use the submitted image and link.
3. Review and approval
Every ad may be reviewed before it goes live. We may approve, reject, hold, remove, or archive ads at our discretion, especially if they break our Rules or create legal, safety, technical, or reputational risk.
4. Prohibited content
- NSFW or sexually explicit content.
- Political campaigns or election content.
- Gambling or betting promotions.
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
- Deepfakes or unauthorized use of real people's likeness.
- Illegal content, malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive claims.
5. Pricing
The billboard price increases over time according to the pricing logic shown on the site. Prices may be displayed in USD. Taxes, payment processor fees, currency conversion, or other charges may be handled by the payment provider.
6. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee clicks, conversions, sales, traffic volume, search ranking, social media attention, or any other business outcome from your ad.
